Terms and Conditions

1. About us

Signatures Asset Cleaning is the professional cleaning business of Signatures Asset Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Registration Number 16596767). Registered Office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Branch Office: 5/7 Arneil Drive, Edinburgh, EH5 2GN, United Kingdom. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Signatures Asset Limited, and "you" means the client requesting or receiving our services.

2. Quotations

Submitting a quotation request through this website does not create a contract. All services are priced by written quotation, usually after a site assessment. A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless stated otherwise, and is based on the information you provide and the condition of the premises at the time of assessment.

3. Agreement

A contract is formed only when you accept our written quotation or service agreement in writing (including by email). Where a separate signed service agreement exists, its terms take priority over these terms in the event of any conflict.

4. Scope of work

We will carry out the services described in the agreed specification, at the agreed frequency and times. Any additional work, change of scope or one-off request outside the specification will be quoted separately and carried out only once you approve it.

5. Scheduling and access

Our standard operating hours are 6am to 10pm, seven days a week, and services outside these hours (including 24/7 cover) can be arranged on request. You agree to provide safe and timely access to the premises, keys or access codes where required, and access to water and electricity. If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, the visit may be charged in full.

6. Health, safety and site rules

You will inform us of any hazards, restricted areas, alarm procedures or site-specific rules before work begins. Our team works to agreed risk assessments and method statements and will follow reasonable site rules you notify us of in advance.

7. Fees and payment

Fees are as set out in your accepted quotation or service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. We may charge interest on overdue amounts in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and may suspend services while any undisputed invoice remains unpaid.

8. Cancellations and changes

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a one-off clean. Cancellations with less notice may be charged. Ongoing contracts may be ended by either party with the notice period stated in the service agreement or, if none is stated, 30 days’ written notice.

9. Satisfaction and complaints

If any part of a clean does not meet the agreed specification, please tell us within 48 hours by email at info@signaturesassetuk.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, return to put it right at no extra cost. All complaints are handled under our Complaints Procedure, available on this website.

10. Liability and insurance

We hold appropriate public liability insurance. We are liable for loss or damage caused by our negligence, but not for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or loss caused by inadequate information or unsafe conditions on site. Our total liability under any contract is limited to the fees paid or payable for the services in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Staff

Our staff are vetted, trained and supervised by us. During the contract and for 6 months after it ends, you agree not to directly employ or engage any member of our team who worked at your premises without our prior written agreement.

12. Personal data

We handle personal information in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where services are carried out in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the courts of that jurisdiction may also hear disputes.
